I am a servant leader a dedicated coach. I advocate for designers to practice giving and receiving feedback effectively as a team, fostering an open and fun environment emphasizing mutual respect and psychological safety.

I am passionate about my team’s career goals. I challenge them to grow their skills and connect them with opportunities that enable empowerment, practice, skill-sharing, and become leaders themselves. This encourages team identity and belonging, promotes a healthy work environment, lowers overall delivery costs, and reduces team attrition.
